1. IDENTIFICATION

QuickCancellations.com (hereinafter “QUICKCANCELLATIONS”) is a service provided by VANAKI LTD, headquartered at Efesou 9, 5280 Paralimni, Famagusta, Cyprus, TIN: 60075193J.

2. EFFECTIVE DATE

These Terms and Conditions are effective from June 12, 2025, and apply to all services purchased on QuickCancellations.com until amended or replaced.

3. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

A. Full Advisory Service ($56, GST included)
  • Contract analysis
  • Cost optimisation recommendations
  • Negotiation with providers
  • Customised cancellation management
  • Detailed final report
  • Dedicated support throughout the process
  • Personalised assistance and follow-up
  • Satisfaction guarantee (full refund if not satisfied and the service hasn’t been executed)
B. Express Cancellation Service ($29.50, GST included)
  • Formal cancellation request issued on your behalf
  • No calls or waiting times
  • Completion within 24 to 48 business hours
  • Broad coverage (streaming, telcos, fitness, insurance, charities, etc.)
  • Legal support and full process tracking

4. USER REQUIREMENTS

To use the service, the user must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information
  • Accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy

5. CONTRACT FORMATION

The service contract is formalised when:

  • The online form is filled
  • Payment is successfully processed
  • A confirmation email is issued
  • Any required documentation is received

6. SERVICE LIMITATIONS

QUICKCANCELLATIONS acts solely as an independent intermediary. We do not guarantee the final outcome of cancellation or renegotiation, which depends on the policies of third-party providers. We are not liable for delays, refusals, system outages, or consequences derived from incorrect user data.

7. DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

  • Full Advisory: report delivered within 72 hours
  • Express Cancellation: request issued within 24–48 business hours

8. REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

You may request a cancellation within 7 calendar days, provided the service has not started. Once initiated (submission of the cancellation or report), the service is considered fully delivered and no refund will be issued.

All refund requests must be sent to: support@quickcancellations.com

Refunds (when applicable) will be made to the original payment method, with no additional fees.

9. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

All personal data is handled in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). Details are available in our Privacy Policy.

10. USER OBLIGATIONS

  • Provide truthful and complete information
  • Respond to any additional requests from the service or third parties
  • Monitor the process if needed
  • Assume responsibility for inaccurate or misleading data

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We are not liable for events beyond our control, including provider refusal, system unavailability, or errors caused by inaccurate user information.

All site content, branding, and materials on QuickCancellations.com are property of VANAKI LTD and cannot be used without prior written permission.

14. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updates will be published on the website and will not affect existing contracts.

15. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

This agreement is governed by Australian law, particularly under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and the Privacy Act 1988. In case of dispute, jurisdiction shall be determined by the consumer’s place of residence.

1. Identification

QuickCancellations.com (hereinafter "QUICKCANCELLATIONS") is a service operated by VANAKI LTD, TIN 60075193J, a company registered in Cyprus, with registered address at Efesou 9, Paralimni 5280, Cyprus. ABN registration pending. The service is available for Australian consumers and businesses through the website https://quickcancellations.com.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing or using the QUICKCANCELLATIONS website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use. You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under applicable law. If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use our services.

3. Description of Services

QUICKCANCELLATIONS provides an online platform to assist users in cancelling contracts or subscriptions with third-party providers. Two types of services are available:

  • Express Cancellation ($26.50, GST included): A fast-track service for cancellation requests with certified submission, wide service coverage (streaming, phone, gyms, insurance, charities, etc.), legal support, and 24–48 hour turnaround.
  • Personalised Advisory ($56, GST included): A comprehensive review of contracts, tailored recommendations, supplier negotiation, savings detection, and ongoing expert support.

QUICKCANCELLATIONS acts solely as a facilitator and intermediary and is not legally affiliated with the providers being notified.

4. User Obligations

Users must provide accurate, complete and current information when using the platform. This includes:

  • Personal identification data;
  • Payment details (credit/debit card);
  • Supporting documentation for the cancellation or advisory services.

False, misleading, or incomplete information may lead to suspension or termination of access. QUICKCANCELLATIONS reserves the right to investigate suspected misuse or fraud.

5. Payment and Fees

All fees are inclusive of GST:

  • Express Cancellation: $26.50 (one-time fee).
  • Personalised Advisory: $56 (one-time fee).

These payments cover the respective service scope as described above. All transactions are processed securely via Stripe. By submitting payment, the user agrees to the terms of service of Stripe.

No subscription or recurring billing is activated unless explicitly offered and accepted by the user.

6. Service Execution

Express Cancellation: QUICKCANCELLATIONS will submit the cancellation notice within 24–48 business hours after receiving all required information. Urgent cases may be handled sooner.

Personalised Advisory: The service includes:

  • Contract analysis and optimisation advice;
  • Direct communication with the user to gather required input;
  • Tailored guidance and report delivery.

The result of any cancellation or negotiation depends solely on the receiving provider.

7. Right to Cancel and Refund Policy

Under Australian Consumer Law, you may request a refund if:

  • The service has not yet been provided;
  • You notify us in writing within 24 hours of payment.

Once the Express Cancellation has been sent or the Advisory session has commenced, the service is considered fulfilled and is not refundable. However, we offer a satisfaction guarantee: if you are dissatisfied for any reason, contact us within 30 days and we will work with you to find a fair solution. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

QUICKCANCELLATIONS collects and processes data in compliance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). We only use your data for service provision and do not share it without your consent. Please refer to our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

QUICKCANCELLATIONS is not liable for:

  • Delays or rejections by third-party providers;
  • Incomplete or incorrect data provided by the user;
  • Consequences of external platform or provider failures.

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the user for the specific service in question.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content, forms, systems and documentation are the property of VANAKI LTD. Reproduction, distribution or unauthorised use is strictly prohibited.

11. Modifications

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified through our website. Existing service contracts will remain governed by the version accepted at purchase.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate access for any breach of these terms, misuse of the platform, or submission of fraudulent information.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of that jurisdiction unless otherwise required under consumer protection law.
